Shipping

Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays, not including date of order).

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to accommodate any changes in shipping address, items or sizes.

Shipping options can be selected at the checkout based on customer preference. 
Shipping Time will vary on the shipping option selected. 

 

Returns

All items returned will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

If you wish to receive the same item in another size or color, you will need to place a new order.

Items purchased from TopHomePlus will be eligible for a full refund, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the refund amount does not include shipping cost.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Do not remove sanitary slips from lingerie or swimwear. Earrings may not be returned.

Once your item(s) arrive to our facility, please allow 5-8 business days for your return to be processed and refund to be issued. Depending on your bank, refunds can take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.
